FAQ

Questions before deploying MaiaCoach.

How does MaiaCoach fit into our learning programs?

MaiaCoach adds practice opportunities to your existing learning programs. The platform can be used as a standalone practice environment or extend instructor-led, group, or digital learning so employees can practice, receive personalized feedback, and work on their areas for improvement.

Do we need a complete skills framework to get started?

No. You can start with one real work situation, the skills to develop, and the standards you want to observe. Your existing methods, guides, or training materials can then provide the foundation for structuring the practice.

What do we need to prepare, and who creates the practice scenarios?

A situation to practice, the target employees, and your existing business materials are enough to frame the project. The Authoring Tool lets you create or adapt practice scenarios, and MaiaCoach can also support their design depending on the service level you choose.

What do assessments measure, and how should we interpret progress?

Results describe what is demonstrated during practice activities. Simulations are analyzed against the criteria defined for the situation and the evidence observed in the interaction. Dashboards then show how results change across attempts and the remaining gap to target proficiency. Progress in practice is not, on its own, proof of real on-the-job performance.

How are access and data governed?

Data is organized by company, and access depends on user roles and authorized scopes. Our team can review the applicable setup with your L&D, security, and IT stakeholders.

Can we start with a targeted pilot?

Yes. A pilot can focus on one audience or use case before a broader rollout. Its scope and level of support are defined around your project.
